About Pearl
I am a business consultant and educator working with small and growing businesses in their first five years.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked across advisory, academic, and operational environments — supporting organisations at different stages of development. That range of experience matters. Early-stage businesses rarely need a narrow specialist; they need broad, experienced perspective.
I hold a BA, MA, and MBA, and have taught business at university level. My academic background informs my thinking, but my work is grounded in real-world application.
I am particularly drawn to the early years of business. It is a formative period — when decisions shape trajectory, when systems either support growth or quietly undermine it, and when founders often carry more than is sustainable.
My role is not to run a business for you. It is to bring experienced oversight, structured thinking, and practical judgement so you can build well — and build with confidence.
